The theme for 2010 is PRAYER.

There are 2 classes:
a. Open Class
b. Circuit Class, for members of the Settle Circuit.  Please state which chapel you attend.

Rules and conditions:
1. The hymn must be entirely your own composition and not previously published.
2. There are no restrictions on length or metre.
3. Copyright remains with you.
4. All entries will be submitted to a judge.  The judge's decision will be final.  No correspondence will be entered into.
5. Please indicate the tune to which your hymn is to be sung.  Please do NOT compose your own tune.
6. There will a prize of £150 for the winning entry in each class, and a second prize of £100.
7. The winning hymns will be sung at the Settle Circuit Hymn Festival in November 2010.
